DirectX 11 chapter 9 exercises

Chapter 9 blending had few exercises that asked to make small modifications to blending demo and to experiment with different blend operations and blend factor combinations.

I changed some blend operations and made the water look in the demo like a poisonous cloud or some other strange color

Also did another test by adding second cube and random texture that I added alpha channel and made it to .dds file with directx texturing tool that comes in the dx sdk.
